We’re looking for a C++ Engineering Manager with strong experience in cross-platform development (Windows / macOS / Linux), and a proven track record in building multi-threaded, high-performance applications and services at a low level. What You’ll Do

Lead Platform Delivery: Drive the technical strategy for our core desktop services, ensuring reliability, scalability and security at global scale.
Architect for the Future: Work closely with Product and other Engineering teams to set the architectural vision, make high-impact technical decisions, and ensure the platform meets today’s needs and tomorrow’s challenges.
Build and Mentor an Exceptional Team: Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent. Cultivate a high-performing, inclusive team culture focused on excellence, ownership, and innovation.
Deliver at Scale: Balance speed, quality, and risk while driving predictable execution of complex initiatives across multiple platforms.
Champion Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across the company to align priorities, evangelize platform services, and unify technical efforts.
Raise the Bar: Define and uphold engineering best practices while continuously improving our development and QA processes.
