We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics and Integration Specialist to join our team and play a key role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance business intelligence capabilities.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization's data analytics and integration strategy.

  • Design and develop robust data analytics and platform integration solutions that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

  • Work with vendors and toolsets to implement, test, and refine solutions, ensuring seamless data collection and integration from primary and secondary sources.

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, supporting the development of reports and dashboard solutions.

  • Maintain and enhance existing data integration and analytics solutions to ensure a standardized and scalable approach.

  • Coordinate with support providers to define ongoing support requirements for data integrations, analytics, and dashboard solutions, ensuring smooth handover and operational continuity.

  • Provide ongoing operational support for data integrations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in data analytics, data integration, and business intelligence.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Experience working with APIs, ETL tools, and integration technologies to manage data pipelines.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and data governance best practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
