What’s the opportunity?

We’re seeking motivated and flexible individuals to join our delivery team across various experience levels, from junior to senior. In this role, you’ll apply your domain knowledge, analytical thinking, and communication skills to support the development, enhancement, and successful execution of systems, services, and customer solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that both technical and business outcomes align with organizational objectives, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Here’s how you will do it:

Project Manager – Delivery

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.

• Drive agile or traditional delivery methodologies, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring project momentum.

• Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders with transparency and accountability.

• Foster collaboration between technical and business teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Data Analyst

• Gather, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to derive actionable insights that support project and organizational goals.

• Translate business needs into analytical requirements and present findings in a clear and impactful way.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support stakeholders in decision-making.

• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to integrate data insights into products or services.

• Continuously refine data models and methodologies to improve accuracy, relevance, and performance.

Customer Success Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are understood and achieved through successful delivery.

• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues or opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with delivery, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and outcomes.

• Develop client relationships, understanding their business context and advocating internally on their behalf.

• Drive adoption, retention, and growth by ensuring value is consistently delivered.
