What's the opportunity:

The Demand Generation Manager will scale demand generation by managing initiatives that will drive brand awareness, engagement, and convert qualified pipeline. This person will help reach business objectives through multi-channel and fully integrated marketing campaigns that cultivate demand in a competitive market.


Here's how you'll do it:

  • Optimize, scale, and implement our demand generation strategy to create a robust marketing/sales pipeline.

  • Combine analytical thinking with storytelling to identify and engage the right leads, rather than simply flooding the top of the funnel.

  • Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to support growth and manage the funnel for awareness, engagement, and transaction.
    • Partner nurturing and hosting webinars

    • Implement email marketing campaigns

    • Support marketing and sales collateral

  • Investigate and test new demand generation tactics, technology, and processes to drive greater effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our internal and external customers, products, target audience, and the customer’s journey.

  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and provide reports on performance on a regular cadence.

  • Liaise with content syndication vendors, software listings, and digital agencies to optimize paid media opportunities and paid digital presence.

  • Manage Hubspot marketing automation infrastructure to best enable campaigns and optimize marketing>sales handoff.

  • Any other duties required for generation of demand within our chosen markets.

Job requirements

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related.

  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B digital marketing and demand generation work experience, especially with content marketing.

  • Strong proficiency with marketing/sales automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc. (strong preference for HubSpot experience).

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to analyze data, synthesize results, extract insight, develop recommendations, and present findings to senior management.

  • Experience in SaaS or EdTech preferred.
