What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for motivated and adaptable Engineers ( from junior to senior levels) to contribute to a range of impactful projects within our organization. The successful candidates will apply engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills to support the development, improvement, or maintenance of systems, products, or infrastructure. This role involves working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure that technical solutions meet organizational goals, quality standards, and project timelines.
Here’s how you will do it:
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective technical solutions.
Act as an enabler, removing roadblocks and serving as the bridge between leadership and the engineering team.
Maintain high-quality standards in your work and engineering practices across your team.
Guide your team’s technical direction in alignment with business and technology goals.Drive continuous improvement of processes, enhancing team capacity and capability.
Promote adoption of best practices and ensure alignment with engineering strategy.
Reduce single points of failure by cross-skilling and knowledge sharing.
Foster a high-performance, motivated team culture through coaching, feedback, and mentoring.
Communicate openly and clearly with your team about company vision and goals.
Support recruitment by participating in hiring efforts and onboarding new talent.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Plan both short- and long-term deliverables using Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, secure software within budget.
Monitor team progress and report key updates to leadership.
Optimize cloud and software costs for lean engineering operations.
Resolve deployment and integration issues, and maintain proper documentation.
Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance across teams—locally and globally.
