What’s the opportunity?

Qoria has a number of identities (user and service accounts) across our enterprise environment. This role is responsible for identity and access management for our enterprise systems. 

Duties: What are my day to day duties?

• Update and maintain the identity management & security posture metrics

• Enhance authentication and authorization systems by implementing best practices for secure access management.

• Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across enterprise applications for seamless user authentication.

• Improve and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies 

• Support and automate user onboarding and offboarding processes using existing automation systems.

• Assist in SOC2 user access audits

• Oversee GWS identity management, ensuring robust access control and identity verification measures.

Performance: How is my performance measured?

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive identity security metrics reporting, tracking authentication threats, vulnerabilities and access controls.

• Support security audits, including SOC2 compliance, by documenting identity security processes and maintaining records.

Requirements: What skills & experience is required?

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Experience with SSO setup and maintenance, RBAC management, and user access provisioning.

• Ability to support and improve the user onboarding and offboarding flow with automation and security controls.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and enhance identity security measures.

• Experience having managed identity and access systems and user directories
