Job requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify trends and patterns within large sets of data and internal applications.
Troubleshoot and isolate issues, submit bugs and work with developers.
Identify areas of improvement from a QA perspective and follow-up with solutions.
Web automation (Selenium) will be an advantage point.
Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with day-to-day quality and data engineering testing.
Participate in technical support of the main functionalities of the product and help ensure seamless process flow.
Improve and maintain test automation frameworks.
Qualifications and Experience:
Pursuing a degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Experience in performance testing using JMeter and/or experience in web automation.
Experience working closely with developers, test engineers, and support staff to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Understanding of test-driven development.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, including fluent English.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail.
Critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems.
Knowledge of agile principles/scrum ceremonies.
Excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to coordinate with the internal team to meet deadlines.
