What's the opportunity ?

We're seeking a B2B Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to help us attract international schools in EMEA and LATAM. This role involves developing and implementing a marketing / pipe creation strategy that tells a compelling story,  and engages our audience from desire through to quantifiable action. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish. You'll be part of a global marketing team and report to the EVP Global Marketing but will work closely with the VP Sales (Europe) in Barcelona.

Key responsibilities:

  • Pipe Creation: Optimize, scale, activate, and implement a demand generation strategy to create a robust marketing/sales pipeline in our target regions. 

  • Narrative Strategy and Thought Leadership: Craft and refine a narrative strategy to guide our marketing efforts, ensuring we connect on an emotional level with school senior leadership, IT and wellbeing teams..

  • Content Creation and Management: Create and manage high-quality content, including webinars, social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns, tailored to engage users at different stages of their buying cycle. Leverage relevant content from our other regions.

  • Sales Enablement: Provide direction to Sales Development Representatives to ensure consistent messaging and effective follow-up on MQLs generated, as well as support direct prospecting efforts. Provide impactful sales enablement tools to facilitate successful sales conversations with prospects.

  • Partner Marketing: Collaborate with Partners to run co-branded campaigns, event participation, webinars and other initiatives to support marketing/demand generation. 

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness, at every stage of the sales funnel, using data to make informed adjustments.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house creative design and video production team to ensure high quality, on brand outputs and to align operations to our global marketing standards and frameworks.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong writing skills.

  • At least 3 years experience in creative and automated demand generation marketing.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

  • Creative and strategic thinking.
    Acute attention to quality and detail.

  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.
