We’re looking for strategic and forward-thinking individuals to join our Product Development & Security team. From defining product direction to ensuring secure and scalable solutions, these roles are vital to the success and integrity of our systems and services. Whether you're shaping product roadmaps, analyzing business needs, or safeguarding applications against vulnerabilities, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven, secure, and user-centric solutions. These roles require a strong mix of critical thinking, collaboration, and a deep commitment to quality, security, and innovation.

Here’s how you will do it:

Senior Product Owner

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, clearly communicating requirements and ensuring alignment.

• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story definition, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Make data-driven decisions and use customer feedback to iterate and enhance the product experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product outcomes that balance business goals, user value, and technical feasibility.

Business Analyst

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Support product and delivery teams in understanding and refining business processes and system behaviors.

• Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and gap analyses to define clear, actionable insights.

• Assist in validating solutions through testing support, user feedback, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and contribute to effective change management.

Application Security Engineer

• Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities across the software development lifecycle.

• Work closely with development teams to integrate secure coding practices, threat modeling, and security reviews into the SDLC.

• Perform security assessments, code reviews, and penetration testing to ensure application integrity.

• Monitor for emerging security threats and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies.

• Develop and promote application security policies, tools, and training to foster a secure-by-design culture across the organization.
