What’s the opportunity?
We’re seeking detail-oriented and quality-driven individuals to join our Quality Engineering (QE) team, from entry-level to leadership positions. As part of this team, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our systems and products. Whether you're validating new features, designing test strategies, or driving automation efforts, your work will contribute directly to delivering high-quality solutions that meet both technical and customer expectations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and support continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
Here’s how you will do it:
Associate Quality Engineer
Assist in creating and executing test cases based on functional requirements and user stories.
Identify, document, and help resolve defects in collaboration with developers and product teams.
Support test planning and contribute to test automation scripts under guidance.
Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to discussions on quality and improvements.
Continuously learn and develop QA skills and best practices within an agile environment.
Quality Engineering Lead
Define and drive the overall test strategy, frameworks, and quality standards for the team or project.
Lead test planning, execution, and reporting activities across multiple projects or product areas.
Mentor and guide junior QE team members, promoting best practices in automation, performance, and regression testing.
Collaborate closely with product, development, and operations teams to embed quality into every stage of the delivery process.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to enhance quality processes and outcomes.
