What's the opportunity ?

We're seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Business Development Representative to help us attract international schools in EMEA and LATAM. This role involves all stages of the sales process, from lead capture, qualification to a signed deal. Great communication and listening skills are essential, you will need to understand what challenges schools are facing on wellbeing and help guide them to the best possible solution to their needs.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish. You'll be part of a scale up team at Qoria that is opening up markets in the EMEA and LATAM region and report to the Sales Director for EMEA and will work closely with the Marketing Director and VP for the EMEA region.


Here's how you'll do it:

  • You’ll take ownership of developing New Business pipeline through a high level of outbound and inbound followup activities to include phone, email, and LinkedIn messages to chase and qualify new opportunities.

  • Build relationships and become a trusted advisor of customers and partners through doing what you say you'll do and listening to what the customer really wants

  • Identify customer challenges early and then work cross organizationally to solve them effectively, efficiently and apply lessons learned

  • You'll advocate for our customers and relay requests, wants and needs to our development teams

  • High level of technology proficiency

  • Spanish (level bilingual) and English (B2 or higher), additional EU languages are an asset.
