What's the opportunity?

We’re looking for reliable and proactive individuals to join our Support teams across key business functions, including HR, Finance, Recruitment, and IT. These roles play a vital part in keeping our organization running smoothly and efficiently. Whether you're supporting employee engagement, managing financial processes, sourcing top talent, or ensuring our technology works seamlessly, your contributions will directly impact daily operations and overall organizational success. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, apply best practices in your field, and help drive operational excellence across the business.

Here’s how you will do it:

Junior HR Executive

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee record maintenance, and HR documentation.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and help coordinate internal communications and events.

• Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR processes and policies.

• Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and systems.

Finance Assistant

• Support the finance team with daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.

• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Prepare documentation for audits, internal reviews, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

• Help identify opportunities to improve financial workflows and controls.

Recruitment Specialist

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer management.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Use a mix of channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, referrals) to attract top talent.

• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Analyze recruitment data to inform hiring strategies and optimize performance.

IT Support Engineer

• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices.

• Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues while ensuring timely resolution and documentation.

• Maintain IT asset records, manage user access, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to uphold IT standards and ensure system reliability.
