What’s the opportunity ?

The purpose of the Technical Integration Engineer is to ensure that as newly subsidiaries are acquired, they are integrated quickly and efficiently into our existing security, privacy and enterprise technology programs and frameworks.

This is important for:

  • Ensuring that the business is able to scale and remain agile without undue pressure on risk or cost reduction programs

  • Ensuring that cyber and privacy risks identified during acquisition DD are managed early and effectively. 

Here’s how’ll you do it@

  • Help expand Qoria’s security programs & controls into acquired companies. This includes tools for code scanning, cloud security, and data protection (CSPM & DSPM)

  • Set up security software on endpoints, including tools for antivirus (EDR), data loss prevention (DLP), and device management (MDM).

  • Assist with moving newly acquired companies onto Qoria’s main collaboration platform. 

  • Assist with updating and tracking assets in CAASM & CMDB systems. 

  • Make sure cloud systems, code, and databases are backed up and monitored properly.

  • Follow document processes & tasks to complete technical tasks successfully.

  • Work with the Technical Integration Manager and other teams (like Privacy, IT, and Security) to stay on track and share updates.

  • Communicate with technical staff at acquired companies to roll out Qoria’s tools and processes.

  • Join weekly meetings to update on what’s done, what’s in progress, and what’s needed next

Job requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Experience supporting system integrations or consolidations

  • Familiarity with business platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365. 

  • Basic understanding of cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

  • Familiarity with backup, monitoring, and SOC practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.

  • Comfortable operating in a distributed team with varying time zones.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with security tooling such as EDR, DLP, MDM, and vulnerability/code scanning tools.

  • Familiar with CMDB management tools
