Job Title: Territory Director – US TOLA Region

Location: United States (TOLA Region: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas) – Texas Remote with regional travel

Position Overview:
The Territory Sales Director will lead strategic sales initiatives within the TOLA region, driving growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the K–12 education landscape with proven SaaS/technology sales expertise and leadership skills to influence and mentor high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ultimate ownership of new business & up/Xsell generation of T3 - T5 accounts within a defined territory

  • Mentor and indirectly manage assigned Account Executives, supporting their development and aligning sales strategies.

  • Act as an industry Subject Matter Expert (SME) in content filtering, classroom management, and digital safeguarding.

  • Cultivate relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to prospects and existing customers.

  • Define & support reseller strategy with Director of Channel

  • Attend trade shows to create brand awareness, meet prospects and channel partners

  • Conduct webinars to align Linewize’s suite of products to prospect customers’ needs

  • Provide accurate quarterly sales forecasts and reporting metrics.

  • Attain and hopefully exceed quota through closing/winning sales opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • K–12 education experience with a strong understanding of district operations and procurement processes.

  • 7+ years of technology/SaaS sales or equivalent experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Proven history of effectively mentoring, influencing, or indirectly leading sales or account teams.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to travel within the TOLA region as required.
