What’s the opportunity?
As a Trainee Business Analyst (Business Intelligence), you will play a foundational role in supporting our global organisation’s reporting and data needs. Working within the BI team, you’ll focus on learning and applying core business intelligence skills, including data cleaning, validation, visualisation, and reporting standards. Under close guidance, you’ll build the foundations required to progress to an Associate Business Analyst.
Job requirements
Here’s how you’ll do it
Deliver accurate and consistent reporting outputs under supervision.
Support data validation and cleaning activities to ensure global data quality.
Learn and apply BI team standards, tools, and practices.
Clean and prepare data for reporting.
Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources.
Identify and raise data quality issues.
Build basic visualisations under guidance.
Ensure reporting meets agreed standards.
Assist in documenting reporting standards, calculations, and validation rules.
Support global reporting initiatives and the pipeline of BI work with timely delivery of assigned tasks.
